What to Include in Your Message

To help us respond quickly, please include:

  • Your full name and the email address or phone number used on your request.
  • The approximate date you submitted your request.

  • The name of the lender, if your question is about a specific offer.

Opting Out and Unsubscribing

You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message we send. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To be removed from our phone and email lists, call or email us and ask to opt out. Lenders and partners you were connected with keep their own lists, so you may also need to contact them directly. Our privacy policy explains your choices in more detail.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, email [email protected] with the word "Complaint" in the subject line, or write to our mailing address. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days. For problems with a loan itself, contact the lender first, because only the lender can change loan terms. You may also contact your state's financial regulator or the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Before you reach out, you may find a quick answer on our frequently asked questions page or in our guide to how the request process works.
